Packaging analysis
2026 burgundy edition from the Liverpool ink house founded in 1864: 24 × 12 ml plus 1 × 30 ml exclusive inks, with additional collector surprise compartments. Prototyping should ensure leak-proof sealing of the small ink bottles and color fidelity of the calligrapher-illustrated box surface.
Frequently asked questions
Is a flip-door calendar cheaper than drawers?
Yes — typically 20–30% less in assembly labor since doors are die-cut in one sheet. Best for flat, light contents.
How do the doors stay closed in shipping?
Light magnetic dots or tuck-flaps; specify this in sampling — doors popping open in transit is the classic failure.
