Packaging analysis
24 laser-cut paper-sculpture sachets, each hiding a miniature 3D scene that assembles day by day into a complete Christmas story. Kraft paper + gold-foil-sealed closures, precision construction; prototyping hinges on laser-cutting precision and the folding tolerances of the sachets.
Frequently asked questions
Are playset calendars suitable for mass production?
Yes, but assembly labor is the cost driver — budget it explicitly. Pre-folded, slot-together parts without glue keep it viable.
What age/audience fits this structure?
Families and kids' brands; also corporate storytelling (a factory, a campus). The scene is the message.
