Packaging analysis
Gem-digging kit: 24 digging bricks plus tools, in kraft-paper wilderness-style packaging. The 'digging' unboxing concept is strong; for prototyping, keep the plaster bricks at a moderate hardness (children can dig without cracks or splinters flying).
Frequently asked questions
What MOQ should I expect for a drawer-cabinet advent calendar?
Rigid drawer cabinets typically start at 1,000 units in offset; the drawer grid is the most labor-intensive part, so ask for the assembly method in the quote.
What board thickness works for the drawers?
1.2–1.5mm greyboard for drawer trays is the sweet spot — thinner warps, thicker wastes board and shipping volume.
